The Restaurante Catedral, with its large windows and warm decoration, enjoys a privileged situation right in front of the City’s Cathedral, in the Gothic quarter, making it an ideal place to enjoy our varied “à la carte” service of market cuisine with an innovative and creative touch. These are some of the specialities suggested by our chef Oscar Mateo:
- Tolosa beans with pickled partridge.
- Cream of pumpkin soup with black butifarra sausage, roasted pork and cuttlefish
- Deer loin fillets in a ragout of chestnuts, young garlic, ceps and “death trumpets”
- Monkfish with artichokes, wild asparagus and crayfish.
